Following the acquisition of a commercial site on Monaghan Street in Newry in 2017, Parker Green quickly mobilised their development team to deliver a 20,000sqft new build for national food retailer, Iceland. Construction commenced in June 2017 with contractor CGDM appointed as Main Contractor. Following a fantastic effort by all involved, the build was completed in January 2018, just six months later. The development which includes 45 customer car parking spaces, also provided 1600 sqft of ground floor space now occupied by Bradley Estate Agents, as well as 5000 sqft on first floor which has been leased to Parker Green’s own coworking division, Flexi Work Space Ltd.
