Fairgreen Shopping Centre is located in Carlow, approx. one hour from Dublin. It has an immediate catchment population of 46,000 within the town area.

Fairgreen Shopping Centre represents one of the largest and most innovative retail developments in the South East of Ireland. The shopping centre has continued to grow from strength to strength since its opening in 2003, and the phase 2 extension in May 2005 has further complemented this growth. Plans are currently being finalised for a phase 3 extension to the development.

Anchor tenants: Tesco and Heatons. Other key retailers include Next, Argos, River Island, ONLY, Vila and Easons.

Plans are currently being finalised for a major extension of the shopping centre which will see the centre more than double in size, referred to as a phase 3 extension, which will include a major extension of new retail accommodation comprising 34,000 sq m NLA of retail units and a new multi storey car park to
provide a total of 1,218 car parking spaces.
