Project Description : Parker Green International acquired the 13.8 ha site in 2006 in order to develop a high quality retail park and leisure development for Waterford city.
To date, planning permission has been received for a development of 36,566 sq m mixed use development including retail warehousing, hotel, cinema, conference centre, offices and polyclinic. The proposed scheme comprises an integrated Conference and Enterprise Centre, Hotel, 5 retail warehouse units, retail space with offices above, an 8 screen cinema at 1st floor and a large retail warehouse anchor.
Status : Planning permission for a development of 36,556 sq m was successfully obtained in June 2008.
