Another key area of expertise involves the co-ordination of pre-construction activities and control budget performance through a valued engineered and negotiated approach to ensure a sustainable cost effective concept.
An essential role is to manage the delivery and installation programmes ensuring a flexible transitional business handover and occupation to minimise disruption and provide a continual post-occupancy support to Valued Clients.
