Planning
Our Planning Department offer professional planning advice to help us achieve our development aspirations. As well as delivering advice and pre-application guidance, the department has valuable experience in development control legislation, development management and master planning projects. They are involved in all stages of the planning process, including planning appraisals, preparing and submitting planning applications, environmental statements, impact assessments, dealing with planning appeals and attending public hearings.
