Our HR Management team are responsible for all of the functions that deal with the needs and activities of our staff. Key duties include recruiting and training the best employees: encouraging high performance; maintaining positive employee relations, promoting a commitment to people development and ensuring our personnel and management practices conform to various regulations.

In a nutshell, our Human Resources team is in place to enhance productivity, support the company’s business strategy and long-term goals and provide a satisfying work experience for all Parker Green employees.
