Our current investment portfolio in the USA comprises a $100 million investment in Milford retail centre in Connecticut, which includes top brand names such as Wal-Mart & Barnes and Noble, who anchor the scheme.
A further $150 million of Parker Green’s investment has gone into the purchase of 500 acres of residential development land in New Jersey. Acquiring this land was for the purpose of partly developing social and affordable housing for the local community and offers great development potential for the surrounding area.
