450 JOBS CREATED IN NEWRY AT THE QUAYS COMPLEX

MM Teleperformance, one of the UK's leading providers of outsourced contact centres and CRM solutions have announced that they will be locating a new customer contact centre at The Quays Shopping and Leisure Complex in Newry.

Commenting on MM Teleperformance’s plans to create a new 23,000 sq ft communication centre in The Quays, Newry - Dr. Gerard O’ Hare, Managing Director of Parker Green International, parent company of The Quays Shopping and Leisure Centre in Newry said:

“MM Teleperformance’s decision to locate its new customer contact centre in The Quays represents one of the largest ever inward investments into the area. This is a major coup for the Quays Complex and is expected to create around 450 new jobs for the Newry area and dramatically boost the City’s economy.

“The decision is due in no small part to Newry’s uniquely strategic location along the economic corridor between Belfast and Dublin. It is further evidence that Newry is a major attraction to key investors and a great place in which to live and work with a wide range of community and leisure facilities.
