Parker Green International is an established private property development and investment company, with Irish Head Offices in Newry and satellite offices in Central & Eastern Europe.
Dr. Gerard O’Hare CBE, who has over twenty-five years experience in the property industry and is regarded as one of Northern Ireland’s most successful business entrepreneurs, founded the company, in 1996.
Dr. O’Hare CBE is also a visiting professor at the University of Ulster, School of the Built Environment and the prestigious Harvard Graduate School of Design, USA and was awarded an honorary Doctorate of letters for his involvement in and dedication to the championing of public private partnerships and urban regeneration.
As a leading Northern Irish property company, Parker Green International possess an enviable portfolio of prestigious commercial projects and investments throughout the UK, Ireland, Central and Eastern Europe and the USA.
The company specialises in mixed-use developments (retail, leisure and office combined) and is regarded as a champion of sustainable development in its field. Overseas, Parker Green's Central and Eastern European Head Office is located in Bratislava with a further satellite office in Prague. The company is focusing on both residential and commercial opportunities throughout Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Hungary and Bulgaria.
