Parker Green’s Central and Eastern European market activities are managed from our offices located in the Slovak capital of Bratislava and the Czech capital, Prague. Our team of Slovakian and Czech Property Executives, under the direction of our CEE manager, carry out extensive market research and take a structured, practical approach in evaluating new commercial opportunities across the sixteen countries. Concentrating on the key areas, Parker Green International, through an informed and on–the–ground approach ensure better success and reduced risk to investors.
Our flagship commercial development in Central and Eastern Europe, Trnava Park Shopping Centre, is due for completion in April 2011. It is located on a 33-acre site in Trnava, 40 km from the Slovak capital of Bratislava, in the western part of the Slovak Republic, where it forms a common border with the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria.
Strategically located adjacent to a large Peugeot-Citroen factory, our shopping centre has been designed by award-winning London/Prague-based architects Jestico & Whiles as a bright, innovative, high quality enclosed mall incorporating leisure facilities and an adjoining 150 bed hotel.
Baumax, the Austrian DIY chain store, are opening a major superstore next to our commercial development, which will further compliment the retail offer at the centre.
